http://www.easyhealth.org.uk/

We made this website so that it is easier for people to find health information that is easy to understand.

We also want to encourage other groups to make their information free. This helps people to get it more quickly and easily.

Many groups from across the country have put their information on to this website. This is because we all want to make it easier for people with a learning disability to understand more about their health.

If people understand what is happening with their health, they will feel more confident in taking control of it. Easyhealth.org.uk is one way in which Generate and all the groups on this website are working together to make sure people with a learning disability get good support and care with their health.

You can print off most of this information for free. When you print off information or leaflets from a website it is called downloading.
